Project Longevity Interns

Project Longevity is supported by a talented group of students from leading colleges and universities. Students lend their energy, skills, and perspectives in support of our project coordinators and partners while gaining valuable exposure to a fast paced professional environment, learning first hand about Connecticut's criminal justice system, public policy, social services, community engagement and leadership. Get to know our interns by viewing their profiles.

Interested in internship opportunities?

We are a growing initiative and as we grow our needs will deepen and expand. Do you know young people who are interested in criminal justice, sociology, law enforcement, psychology, and community development? We are happy to engage in dialogue with your academic institution to explore opportunities that may result in a partnership.

If you're a student who is ready for a challenge and enthusiastic about the interplay between progressive criminal justice strategies and the communities that are impacted by longstanding gang/group driven gun violence please complete an online questionnaire and for consideration please email a:

  • Resume and cover letter

  • Unofficial transcript from your current school

  • Names, addresses and telephone numbers for three references.

  • Two writing samples. (PDF attachments only)

ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

In addition to completing the questionnaire please email the aforementioned documents to the site of your choice:
